In Just Five Weeks

REAL FOOD, REAL LEARNING. REAL SUPPORT=

real results!

Restart Seattle: Real Food. Real Learning. Real Support.

Give yourself the gift of good health so you can feel your best!

RESTART® is a five week program that combines nutrition education, a guided whole foods 3-week sugar detox , and small group support into a powerful way to kickstart a new healthy lifestyle.

With help from Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Michelle Schwartz, you will learn how to break with your sugar habit while eating a whole foods diet. You’ll boost energy, reduce inflammation and eliminate your sugar and carb cravings.

Michelle offers both small group, in person classes as well as “webinar style” online programs by webcam. Either way, you’ll have the opportunity to talk, learn and ask questions with someone you can see and interact with.

Learn from the comfort of your own home with this online workshop. Spaces are limited to six participants per workshop. Cost: $225

Wednesdays, September 26 – October 24, 6:30-8:30 PST

Thursdays, September 27-October 25, 4:30-6:30 PST

After signing up you will receive a welcome email and a link for the first online session. Each week you’ll receive an email from me as well as a packet of course materials prior to our small group online meetings.

Fill in the form below to reserve your spot, or email michelle@michelle-health.com with any questions. If you are interested, but unable to make the scheduled times, contact me for alternatives. Special rates for groups.

I didn’t realize how feeling bad had become my “new normal” until I went through the RESTART® program. I feel so much better now and believe I have the tools I need to change my approach to food and healthy eating.”
